About the role
In line with our purpose, our Dog Facilities and Welfare Manager is responsible for managing all functions related to our dogs' facilities and ensuring our dogs enjoy the highest of standards when visiting our site. The role leads a dedicated team of employees, supported by volunteers to ensure our facilities are clean, hygienic and operate at a high level. Success s achieved when everyday onsite is a pleasurable one for our dogs.
Critical to the role is equal capabilities with dogs and people, knowing the more engaged and invested our people are, the higher quality of standards our dogs will enjoy.

Experience:
- Demonstrated strategic resource planning and financial reporting experience.
- Ability to balance operational management and strategic planning and continuous improvement.

Proven people leadership capability, including engaging employees and volunteers to drive performance.

Demonstrated experience running a kennels or similar environment.

Analyse reports, track trends and provide recommendations to improve centre operations.
