We are seeking a Data and Reporting Coordinator to join our Marketing team in a full-time, permanent capacity. Based in St Leonards, this role plays a key part in supporting fundraising and marketing operations through the accurate management of data, reporting and campaign processes. Working across Salesforce and related marketing technology platforms, you'll help ensure data integrity, deliver reliable reporting and support informed decision-making that enables us to create meaningful connections with supporters and maximise our impact for people with low vision and blindness.
Key Accountabilities:
- Prepare, validate, cleanse and reconcile data for import into Salesforce and other marketing technology platforms.
- Support campaign set-up, campaign structure maintenance and ongoing data administration activities.
- Monitor and maintain data quality, identifying and resolving discrepancies, duplicate records and integrity issues.
- Produce and distribute regular fundraising and campaign performance reports and dashboards.
- Support data analysis activities by identifying trends, anomalies and insights within campaign and supporter data.
- Collaborate with fundraising, marketing and external stakeholders to interpret data requirements and support campaign delivery.
- Maintain process documentation and follow established data governance and quality control procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance data quality, efficiency and reporting capability
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience working with data imports, data validation, reconciliation and data quality processes.
- Strong data literacy and confidence working with large datasets.
- Basic understanding of Python
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, lookups, pivot tables and data manipulation.
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, validation or troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with Power BI, marketing automation platforms or fundraising environments will be highly regarded.
