Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse and capture business process requirements and develop business cases, options analysis or cost benefit analysis.
  • To clearly articulate and document business requirements.
  • Work across all departments to analyse workflows to create process maps and isolate areas of potential improvements.
  • Develop functional specifications that design and document the required outcomes of system changes and enhancements.
  • Obtain business stakeholder sign off on all completed specifications.
  • Produce technical specifications based on completed functional specifications for the CRM developers.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance testing (UAT) in the Quality Assurance process to ensure functionality and acceptance of systems developments.
  • Work closely with various external business partners (vendors) to drive satisfaction with IT deliverables.
  • Assess the risk of various developments/enhancements and help to prioritise competing business demands.
  • Develop material and deliver training as required on any reporting or customisation activities.

Essential Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Previous experience in working with a vendor organisation.
  • Completion of a relevant tertiary qualification in computer science or related discipline.
